Screen Printing
Over 75% of the shirts we print at Mint Prints use the classic, screen printing method, so you know we’ve got the process down to a science.
For Every Design Our Printers Create A Stencil (A.K.A. A “Screen”) And Use It To Apply Thick Layers Of Ink To The Printing Surface. Each Color Is Applied Using A Separate Stencil, Layered On One At A Time, Until They All Come Together To Create The Final Look Of Your Design.
Screen Printing Requires A Little Extra Preparation Time And Materials, And Therefore Has Some Minimum Order Quantities, But It’s By Far The Best Option For Bright Vibrant Designs, Dark Shirts, And Specialty Items.
Embroidery
Our embroidery service will sew your design directly into your garment using multicolored thread for a classic homespun style. Minimum order quantity does apply for embroidery, but at only 6 items for polos and 12 for hats you can get your group or business looking professional in no time.

Details Can Make The Difference In A Great Design. For Products With A High Level Of Detail, Including Photos, There’s No Better Way To Go Than Digital Printing. This Method Takes Your Image Straight From The Computer And Prints It Directly On Your Clothing.
Digital Printing Requires No Physical Setup, And Therefore Offers A Lower Minimum Quantity. We’ll Never Print A Product If We Know It Won’t Turn Out Perfectly, So When You Choose Digital Printing, You Know You’re Getting The Best Results Down To The Very Last Detail.
SupaTransfer
This is nothing like your store-bought t-shirt transfer paper or a temporary solution. SupaTransfers are print method where full color images are digitally printed onto high quality, light-weight film. The image is then precisely coated with a transfer powder and pressed onto your apparel. What’s great about this new process is that once it is heat-applied to your apparel, the image will last for years to come.
Stickers
Custom die cut stickers are a fast and easy way to promote your business, brand or event. Thick, durable vinyl protects your stickers from scratches, water & sunlight.
Retail Finishing
After we print your goods our job isn’t necessarily done. At least, it doesn’t have to be. There are lots of additional features we offer to ensure that your needs are well addressed. Some of these additional services include packaging your garments a certain way, folding and bagging, adding stickers or UPC codes to each item, warehousing and fulfillment, or even rolling up each shirt and rubber banding them.
